Washington County, Pennsylvania Warrant Search

Arrest warrants authorize police officers to find and arrest an individual. In Washington County, an arrest warrant is issued by a judge if probable cause exists to believe that the person committed a crime, the individual failed to appear for a scheduled hearing, or the person violated the conditions of their probation or parole.

Individuals can contact the Washington County Sheriff's Office (or local police department) on the phone or in person to ask if there's an active warrant for someone. For suspected fugitives, individuals may search the docket sheets on the Pennsylvania Unified Judicial System Web Portal.
